We are diligent about listing all ingredients use in our skincare products. We encourage you to please review them carefully before purchasing. We will gladly send you a sample . Samples are free with the receiver paying the shipping cost. We also try our best to include descriptive illustrations on all of our other products with clear pictures.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and to state the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For products returned without cause, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee deducted from your refund.
Damages and Concerns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns or Refunds of opened product are not accepted unless the product is deemed defective. If a product is deemed defective, a replacement will be sent along with a return label for the defective product.
If the original product is not returned, your credit card will be billed for the additional product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Chazah Creations does not refund or pay for return shipping for products that were not deemed defective.
